Yes it works for PLO6 and PLO5. Yes, you can import the hands you have in H2n to DH2. And no, it can't work at the same time. Only one of them can import and run a HUD at the same time.

I've got a single Ignition session that simply won't import. I've tried resaving it under a different filename and checked it out manually for any differences between it and other sessions that have successfully imported. I can't figure it out. Any ideas of what might be wrong? It was a successful little shot take so I'd rather have a record of it than not

I have made 2 huds, A (heads up hud) and B (3-6 handed hud)
1) at a 6max table, how do i make hud A appear when its heads up, and as soon as a third player joins, for it to switch automatically to hud B?
2) how do i make it so that hud A only shows stats from hands that were played heads up rather than all hands, and hud B to only show stats from hands that were played 3-6 handed?
Also, how do i shorten villains names in the HUD?
On the preview screen when making a hud it has shortened a players name to 4 characters, but on the table it appears as the full username

So you manually download it from ignition, and tried to import and it won't import? I can't really say w/o sending it to support so someone can look at it, but I've honestly not heard of any hands having issues w/ manual import before. Did you run a HUD at the time when you played this session?

1) Turn auto switch HUD on from the config button in DH (top right). The first time it auto switches, it may pull up the incorrect HUD. Just select it form the pull down menu once, and then it will change to that one going forward.
2) You set a player filter. In the HUD tab where you created the HUDs, select each of the HUDs from the 2 pull down menus (one at a time). Click on the config button next to the selected stats section, and set a player size filters. Save the HUD.

General config options again... top right config button, there's an option to shorten players name to... X.
Yeah the HUD was running during the session but didn't capture the hands so I tried to manually download and import the specific session file but DriveHUD says "importing 0 hands" as though it doesn't register the format. As far as I can tell visually it is identical to the other sessions. I am happy to send it through to you guys to have a little look and see if you can identify the issue.

Yes, go ahead and send it to support, and we'll check it. I've not seen a downloaded hand not import before. As far as the HUD, ignition is the only site where you need to make sure you have DH2 loaded up first, and you can't have 2 tables in the loading phase at the same time, or it can mess up captures. So you need to load one table, then load the next, etc...
A friend of mine just uploaded a HUD, I see it on your website but don't see it in the HUD store yet? how long does it usually take before it appear in HUD store?

Ya, that's entirely possible. H2n doesn't always follow the standard hand formatting. If you can send some of those hands to support - via the support icon in DH2, a dev can check it and it's likely an easy fix / add.
Hi, How many tables can DH2 record at a time at x-poker? I can now get to work only 1. I am using sandbox to play multi-table.

X-poker only allows 1 client to open at a time. I use https://sandboxie-plus.com/ to open 4 tables. What are you using to open 4 tables? Thank you.

You can open a max of 4 tables w/ 1 client.
