how large does sample size need to be before i make exploitative adjustments 3bet pot?

UTG+1 is under 3beting by 3 percent pre in my pool 642 times out of 10872 opportunities. Can i start folding some of my hands that are indifferent versus GTO range? Or is sample size still to small ?

Tombos created a tool to calculate stuff like this: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1...

File -> Make a copy

hahaha no that's a perfectly valid sample.
Remember that when you exploit you don't actually need your strategy to be on the right side of the deviation 100% of the time, only the majority of the time.
You can still make very light exploits with almost no evidence at all, but you should save big exploits for when you have better evidence. Here you do have evidence

Thanks I'll start folding some of my indifferent hands.

As Aner0 pointed out to move indifferent hands one way or the other, you need very small samples.

Few things to keep in mind
Is this overall 3bet or 3bet for specific positions? Often low 3beetors miss 3bets in later positions, mostly from BB.

Sizing is very important when it comes to defending 3bets even 0.5bb can make a difference.
