Another weird GTO solution....

I am so confused. This solution is for the above board. I assume because it's postflop + app that we are in equilibrium. But why is KJs K8s and K9s jamming this runout. It just looks like spew. There's no reason to do this with those Kxs combos and then leave out KTs?? Why?? Someone with solver experience is this app just very inaccurate? What am I missing?
