Uses for EV-Buckets (as opposed to EQ buckets) in new Pio version?

Piosolver now includes GTOW-like equity buckets, but also has EV buckets.

I haven't fonud them very useful and am thinking about just removing them to clear up space, but maybe I'm just not aware of how to utilize them?

Has anyone found particular benefits to using EV buckets, of the kind that EQ buckets don't already provide?
