Brag: Custom Dell 30" Monitor Flight Case
Just came in the mail.
Beat: This thing is heavy (40 lbs + monitor weight) and I didn't think it was worth it to put wheels on it. I may have been wrong.
Variance: $550 later.

It's so expensive because it has to be custom made. There is no standard Dell 30" flight case. If there was, the cost might be a few hundred cheaper.The problem isn't so much the cost of buying a new 30" as the time lost.
