got a very very bad year Online. Around + 93 000 $ this year

Because i win a lot in Live but i'm around - 153 000 $ Online, some in highstake 50/100 ( ~ 65000 $ i tough ) and like -120 000 in 200/400 PLO and so around + 240 000 $ In live, with like + 120 000 $ in tournament, + 60 000 $ in cash game casino and + 60 000 $ in few beautiful private game.

I would like play online anymore as a video game like last year before my biggest upswing, so i start back with 6 200 $ Online.

Goal is to play a lot, with minimum 25 buy-in, and let's see what happen, im gonna in the week try to explain my story since november.

I would also absolutely like to improve my physique when I am at home, this is why I am going to put in place restrictive habits such as walking on a while playing, being in a caloric deficit etc. This is one of the main reasons why I play lower, I have a lot of difficulty playing high if I am not in top physical shape or under pressure to lose weight.

Relax man, it's all good. You have $570k!! Idk where you live but you're doing great in any part of the world. Take a little of that and go rent a house overlooking a beach/sea somewhere, put $20k online and start grinding 1/2 and 2/4 while you're there just to work on slowly building it up and improving your game in a relaxing environment

If you're this frantic and losing it mentally with $570k then I got bad news for you, you could have $570m and you'll be just as frantic and losing your mind over the fact that it's not $1.7b instead. The money is worthless if you don't enjoy it

Tyty, poker is an addiction, very hard for me, i've take a lot of break last 8 months, don't feel it was good for me, not enough data for my mind, I think play a lot, everyday but just maybe max 6h / day, 5 or 6 day week is the best for me. Thanks for advice

2.16evbb/100, but i think a lot of GG games decrease this. With 25% Rakeback it would be, 85k$ in 9 month for 630 000 hands, ( 70 000 by month. )

It's enough for me living and get money for invest, probably need to play 6 day's by week, 6/7h. ( I prefer 6 tables max to be focus and maybe manage to explode my bb/100, hope can be 3.20bb/100 +

Ultime goal would be 5bb + with that volume. I think that if I manage to maintain this volume with a result of 5bb/100 + we can move on to a Nl1000 / Nl2000 challenge

Grind in Nl200, is just too low for my mental, I will try to grind as much as possible only from Nl1000 to Nl2000 until I have reached 1 million, 200 buy-in seems essential to me to be able to peacefully regwar in hu and to be able to manage a possible downsing until 65 Buy-in.
