Study: Cnc videos, youtube kali poker fts. Study 100-200 hands/daily I am attempting to study every 8bb~+ pot I play daily.
Play: I play on days i feel like it. Taking lots of time off and focusing on studying.
Lifestyle/fitness
Cardio 20-45 mins 5x/week [hill climber/bike/ Gonna add outdoor running soon]
Lifting 45 mins 5x/week~
green smoothie 4-5x/week
High protein high nutrient rich diet.
9-11 hours of sleep daily

Past:
I did quite a few things wrong on my journey.
I worked too hard.
I pushed too hard.
I didn't rest.
I played everyday.
Alot of this was due to my back pain hindering my life. But that has been negated through consistent gym. [Core + back + glute training] has practically made back pain a non-issue.
Current
More rest.
More time away from cards.
More cardio.
More traveling.
More reading.
More yoga.

Buy a house and a duplex [I'd like to parlay some of my income into rental properties]
Move to a warmer climate or bigger city by age 32 [I'm 30 now]
Run 2 miles in 11 minutes.
Volunteer time to foodbank.
Play 4000 tournaments [3000 tracked] in 15 day period~ Romeopro is doing something similiar and intrigued me. the goal would be 50k made pre rakeback in 15 days.End of year goal for fun.
