The road for success in poker 2023

hello guys i m back again on this forum. i will start from the new month to post ,my journey in poker. Poker sometimes its very lovely and isolated game. i will share here everything to be better as a player and as a person! i would do some goals for the new month in the next post. Thanks !

Goals for the new month.
-Out of poker
1.sleep every night 8-8.30 hours.
2. 5-6 days meditation
3. 20-30 minutes reading a book everyday

-For poker
playing 5days of the week, 1500 hands of the day-75000of the week,30000 on the month ONLY REGS TABLES.
1,5-2 hours reading 5 of the week

I will start with nl10 -and nl25.

hey guys ok my first week is on the book. i dont play a lot because i had a small trip. A good friend is married so i should to be there. however i was playing 697 hands in nl 10(=19,84) and 978 hands in nl25(+27,95$). i also ready 3 hours i try to find solutions to go up my red line. i would post some hands later.

my new week of course i would increase drastically my hands and i continue with my reading.

i decide to do a new challenge maybe my last shot. to do 200$ in 2000$.
goals=play 5 days of the week , i will play mainly cash games!
1500 hands of the day in the zoom, or 1000 in reg tables, 1 hour reading everyday!
bankroll management , when i have 25-30 buyins or above i will go to the next level.
i would post everyday to see my progress,

DAY1 is on the books guys.
i started with 200e and i have done 268,23e(311,05$). i will speak in dollars from today.
I played 1008 hands 2 tables zoom sometimes i was doing 3 . for 2 hours! i run pretty good and i played well. i think for me one of my big mistakes in the past was that i was playing too long sessions. now i was playing 15-20 minutes and i was doing 5 minutes break. all of this for 1 hour!! i end with this hand that i will post , i lose AA vs AK. Tomorrow probably i will only read.! Lets see.
Also guys what do you think are the best ways for learning?

hello guys another session is over for me.
To start with ,yesterday i took day off and i dont read . Today the same i dont read but i put some hands.
because i dont have a lot of time i press the action and i was playiing for a little 4zoom tables, i dont like to do this because i missed some interesting decisions and it goes auto pilot all of this. i should try to change it.
Results and hands=+36,24$ 1510 hands in 2hours and 30 minutes.
Tomorrow i will read and i push some action, since the games are better in weekends.

Hi guys another day is over for me. FIrst of all i want to ask you ,does anyone know any site or whatever to post my hands here and not just screenshot?
Secondly, its was a good day for me , with a lot of big hands and pots, Ithink my bigger problem was that i used to play big sessions and when i dont run good i pressed the thing in the 100%.
Now i just try to focus in every hand.
RESULTS +58,4$ in 1739 hands exactly 3hours! i have done 172,16$ from 2000$.

Tomorrow i will post some hands, now i need to go out for a glass of wine maybe 2 lets see. Also tomorrow is a grinding day and reading. lets see!

Hello all, another session is on the books for me, im not happy with my game, i think this is my worse for all the days. however i dont run good and we lost some crucial and funny hands.
Results=-3,14$ in 1438 hands in 2hours and 30 minutes! General results 169,02/2000$
i will post tomorrow some hands and the goals of the week!

2nd villain cold call in the sb with KK c/r flop, and he shove OTR i cant do a lot of things with this combo! what do you think?

day5-6 hey guys! I played yesterday and some hands today(since i have day off). i played 2727 hands,in 4hours and 30minutes. 214,43/2000 i had 45,41$ net(i take rakeback 10,5) .My game its pretty good at the moment, i have notices that ii am happy that i post my journey here since sometimes i felt some extra press to succeed the challenge! Also i have a problem when i lost some buyings, i cant make it but when i feel that i chase my losses i just turn off my pc.
have you got some problem like this? and what you do to resolve.

hello guys i hope to be everyone well!
day7 here , i play some hands today but not as i want because i didnt have a lot of time! one thing that i always try to fix is how to manage my time,because everyone want to be inside it.
some times no in others is yes in you. anyway i played 1349 hands in zoom 10 and i had 26,24$(also i played some small tours with 1,5$. so today i had +23,24$ overall. so now i am 237,67/2000i made some bad calls and some. i did not happy with my play today, but it is what it is. Tomorrow i will post some hands and i want to put more volume in saturday and Sunday! lets see.

DAY8 Is on the book. My play i would grade 6/10, i have notice thet when i was playing more than 2 tables zoom, especially without breaks my A game dont exist. so i will reduce the tables and i play more time. quality>quantity.
the good news are that i play more hands..1973 hands +15,47 general i am 253,14/2000
time for relax. Tomorrow is sunday,i will put some volume

hello guyss. i hope to be well all of you!!
DAY9-10 is on the past.in the sunday i have not a lot of mood for play,since i was very tired. i play a little 771 hands , and i stop i go for sleep. Sometimes i think its better to do a step back when you need your body! In the past i have several times push myself and it did not work.
so Sunday and Monday i played 2278 hands in 4 h and i take 37,97$ , i also put 19,90 in some small tours and i take back 24,41(overall +4,51) so general +42,48. Now i am 295,62/2000. . when i take 10 buyins in zoom10 i will jump in nl25. whats your opinion about pool of zoom25?
Also this week i play 8327 hands! this from me. i will post some hands at the night. have a nice day all of you guys 😀
