I'm sure it was maybe less than a month ago when I mentioned about implementing a stop loss.

The problem you have is that rakeback makes up a substantial part of your earnings and it forces you to keep playing despite your decisions becoming suboptimal.

Losing 20+ buy-ins in <4k hands really isn't a 'normal' swing and it's quite well known that decision making in humans can deteriorate quite rapidly after suffering a few losses.

I think you should consider implementing a daily stop loss. Or alternatively, if you lose X buy-ins, you take an enforced break and return after 30 mins / 1 hr / 2hr / whatever is appropriate for a mental reset.

The other problem is you are squeezing your play into 3 days. Now with your back against the wall, you will push things more to try make the money back on Saturday and Sunday. If you're still losing on Sunday, I suspect you will feel inclined to play Monday, Tuesday etc. In summary: I consider your 3 day rule very -EV for a number of reasons.

I don’t feel like established at nl50 yet tbh adaptation period still goes on.

This week i will do different type of preparation and will see if it works.

I have now more accurate understanding how regs at this limit think and what they do.

Made slightly easier challenge this week, we already have 5/5 bettors against us.

Could you share your basic stats? (just vpip/pfr/3bet or anything else you are comfortable with sharing) I sometimes play some of the deep ante games on gg and really curious what you feel like are the optimal kind of stats for these games as I see regs playing anything from a v tight 16/12 kind of style all the way up to maybe 32/26 or even looser.

Before i thought optimal stats would be something like 22/18 and 7% 3bet but then i changed my mind and said that everything was a lie and i needed to play as high vpip as i could because of antes, my theory is that high VPIP players get the benefit to take all the dead money which tight players are losing by folding a lot pre so i started to experiment even 40-50VPIP at lower stakes like nl5 nl10 which worked fine but at nl50 my vpip/pfr was 27/22.

This week a lot of things gonna change, seen enough of nl50 regs and got a good clue how they think and what they do so definitely this week a lot of things will change and right now i'm doing whole different preparation, also VPIP/PFR will change, either it will bring us big success or big fail, we will see.

That's interesting, I can definitely see the argument for higher vpip and I can imagine the potential for non showdown winnings is insane (although my redline is terrible in these games personally). Thanks, and good luck for the weekend!

I get a bit less but still i get them a lot, i know a player whose gg care/cheers reduced by a lot and he got no chips at all or some scary thing like that, for me personally it feels normal like not much changed but maybe i'm wrong will see in the future.

Solid week

BR is at peak now, probably i'll withdraw 700$ to save some and use some for life expenses, so 3,5k$ BR will be healthy anyway, be smart be safe and eventually we'll get there.

Gonna repeat exact same challenge which i did previous week and it's already full, we've 5/5 bettors.

After withdrawing 700$, BR looks like this now, will be interesting to see it again on Monday after this challenge is done.
