Live Donk to High Stakes

Going to be recording my poker journey here on this blog, as a way to track my results, keep accountable and document my journey to high stakes degeneracy. Currently a uni student looking to spin it up. Gonna start off playing 1/2 and see how far we can run it up. I ideally want to move up as quickly as reasonably possible. This will mean that starting from a bankroll of 5k, once I reach 20 buyins of the next stake I will take a two buyin shot. Will aim to play a minimum of 15 hrs/week, and hit the ground running with a big one next week.

Two days in, +10 hours of play, +$780
The sunrun continues, +5 hours, +2400 (yes in a 1/2 game). PLO double board bomb pots turn out to be extremely profitable for anyone with even a basic understanding of PLO, split-pot games, and multiway games. As someone who has played a bunch of low stakes live PLO and come across lots of these multiway spots, you see people making the biggest spews and you just wait to collect their money when they decide the T high flush on one board is just the absolute nuts.
