Finished the 50k hands recently. The nice thing is that I got out of the downswing and got the 5bb winrate. The bad is that my volume is awful. And when I am getting back into bad habits. So I will start another challenge.

Here are the results

And around 600 euro rakeback.

What made you fold AQ on this board, you are beating KK, QQ, JJ...
i want to know your fold thought process. was this a nit okay, then good fold. Lag, then a slam dunk call.

At the time didn't have reads on the opponent.
This hand is 0ev call in theory and most of the people are not overbluffing the BBB line (MDA). So without reads I have to assume he won't be bluffing enough. And just fold. Not a spot I want to make money in. Just don't want to lose much EV.

How much rake are you paying per 100 hand? Gl with your challenge

No, 5max

No, 5max

Then it makes no sense your site has higher rake then all of these sites, even GG?

I don't have access to GG. Have access to very few sites.

Yea, the rake is high, almost no rakeback but there are many fishes. So it's fine site

I love your thought process on grey area spots in your game. always taking the less variance route when confronted with a situation you arent aware of, most likely just folding. I am taking that advice and incorporating into my own game, make the most money in the lines i understand and lose the least when im in an area in my game that i dont know what to do.

Yes, I think this is very useful heuristic.

It's very good for different reasons
1. It has mental game tax if you call those. Because when you see a value hand you never know if your call was good. So the cost is that it could lead you to play badly after the hand.
2. It is pure gambling to invest money without knowing the return... in all aspects of life. You may analyze the hand after the game and decide that next time you should call, but in game you don't know. Play some kinda of defense strategy
3. Many good players preach it. Saulo has blog post about Gray Zone Investments. Uri Peleg goes with "When in doubt - fold"
