Downswing or hitting a wall, need some help
So I’ve played poker seriously for about 5 years.
I have been a winning player for the whole time and made pretty good money. Mostly I play private games and I admit the game was super soft. Nobody really knew how to study poker and were there to gamble. Recently though, everyone seems to be studying and getting better at the game.
For myself, I have always tried keep up by studying and analyzing which really helped.
The recent 3 months, it has been really rough. I have had many downswings but this one got me doubting myself and it started effecting my emotions on the table. Lost about 9-10 buy ins this month only.
Maybe I’m not as competitive as before and this downswing will not end?
People I played with for few years tell me they have never seen me tiling like this before.
I am still enthusiastic about poker and studying everyday, eager to get better.
I know this is probably what a lot of you have gone through before but I’m struggling really bad.
Advise me how to stay stable though this.
Thanks.

Tilting as in playing bad? Or angry but still mostly playing your game?
9-10 buyins isn't a lot. Do you still see your opponents making mistakes? Long as you can identify their mistakes and have a decent perspective on your own play then you can be confident your still a winner.
Share hand histories with a good player so you can be sure you aren't overlooking your own bad plays.
If people are telling you you are tilted it sounds like they are already identifying bad plays potentially.
If everyone is actually fairly competent now and the rake is high then maybe you've legitimately lost your edge.
