Poker, Girls and Steroids. WELCOME TO MY WORLD
I'm creating this thread just to share my thoughts about poker and life in general, I already tried my luck with cash games a few times but never really succeeded, just had some minor successes on micro/low stakes.
Eventually I wil also comment things about steroids, girls, weed, etc. Just to make this thread a bit less boring lol
WHAT IS MY PLAN?
I never tried my luck with sit and go's, so now I will dedicate 8 to 10 hours everyday playing something between 4 to 6 tables.
I will also open one or two NL2 Zoom tables, since I know I can beat this stake (I can beat NL5 also, so I will build some roll and start playing there again)

THE FUN PART
I'm living in Rio now, the craziest (maybe sexiest?) city in the world. The first thing I did since I returned was to hit the gym and buy some steroids (testo) with a friend that I knew when I was a marine, he is into competitive bodybuilding and always have high quality stuff to sell.
I'm using just a bit more than the therapeutic dosage, my testo is just a bit higher than most of guys and that was enough to make huge changes on my body, even my face is different.
I came from 68kg to 80kg in just one month, getting little to no body fat in the process. I can feel that everybody around me is noticing that, people are looking me with a different look in the eyes, specially the women.
When I started I was just another skinny guy on the gym, I felt that I was 100% invisible, it's a weird feeling. You feel like a ghost of someone who already died, just lurking around...
Now I feel the opposite of that, It's not so hard to be working out at the gym and catch a girl looking at me through the mirror, or maybe looking at me while I'm walking.
But for now I will not try my luck with any girl, I'm a bit short with money and I need to make some cash, so now I will dedicate to poker as a job and see how much money I can make. My focus is being on dedicate 8 hours to poker and 2 hour to the gym no matter what. If I had the balls to do that everyday with no excuses, things will get better for me.

Yesterday was tough, I lost most of the SNG tournaments that I joined, I'm -$4 for now.
I have more experience with cash games, however my BR is too much low for that, so I'll just keep playing this SNG's until I reach $30 as BR, then I will try to put some serious volume on zoom tables and move up the limits.
I will start studying cash game daily again on gtowizard like I was doing some months before, so when I reach the BR that I'm aiming I will already be in good shape to beat the limits and move up. I think I will start drilling defenses and reviewing some old hands that I have on my database, just 1 hour per day will be enough, at least at the beginning.
OFF TOPIC
I like to do some cardio on the sunday, but that sunday I was not in the mood at all. But even that way I forced myself to do at least 20 min of bike, which felt like 2 hours of torture lol

I feel that my shape is still improving, but nothing compared to my first week using testo, I think that might be due to the fact that I'm not eating as much as I should. Since I never had this weight I'm still getting used to eat greater ammounts of food, which is something new to me.
About my training, things are going well. I feel that my shape is different each training session, I also feel that my clothes are getting tighter, specially when I'm training, which is a huge motivation factor to be honest.
This week I dedicated all my effort into building lats, my weak point. I was basically training my back each 48 hours, doing all exercises with the best execution that I could do, contracting the muscle while pulling, reducing the weigth in order to improve execution, the whole thing. I never felt my lats burn like that. Not to mention the ammount of volume, I'm forcing myself to train for at least 2 hours, and the results are being amazing, even tough I'm still far to be strong.
It's incredible how fast you can recover from training session by just adding a bit of testo into your body, I'm basically training 2 hours per day, the 7 days of the week and I'm still improving with no problems. And I'm not feeling tired at all. You just have to eat enough and sleep enough to see the magic happening.
