My plan from October 24 to 31, 2025, will be:
+ Play 40k hands of RC PLO10
+ Spend 1 hour a day watching PLO videos on YouTube
There is something I am thinking about. Jnandez and Phil Gdold often talk about whether to play tight preflop at micro stakes. However, I see that many players at micro stakes are very nitty, so should I widen my opening range? Does anyone have experience to share with me?
depends on how tight they are in the BB SB BU etc. If they are like sub 20% on GG RnC, ill open basically 60-70% on BU. 50-60% on SB
People say PLO is a game about equity. In my opinion, when we play, realizing equity > denying equity (sounds a bit passive, right? 🤣🤣). Of course, I don't mean that you should always be passive. Look for bluffing opportunities when you have good blockers.
That's my thought. Is this way of thinking correct for PLO? I'd love to hear your perspectives. Let's discuss together.
