Im 13 years - we have the year 2010. tonight we have a house party with bitches and bros.

David, Jura, Wowa and Larissa will be there - and I will be too.

and the final goal: until tomorrow evening my joyful laughter will be back!

we'll stay off coffee and smoking tomorrow, go in forest and chill at home, read books, do creative activities and watch one (ok could be two) movies. will help us to energize and heal. haven't been in the forest for a long time.

Ill also try to sleep very good tonight. very long. and Ill get a whole bottle of hohes c + vitamin d juice.

we have wonderful achievements with health and happiness, I woke up and feel actually almost fresh and smiling! solar plexus healing and activating! throat chakra opening and cough almost gone!

gonna share two hands from last session, less technical and more about the beat of the game, and flow.

the first hand I view as a symbol for how much better I can get and envisioning that unknown space Im frightened and in envy. in envy of the flow I have to feel safe in and merge with.

say we are flow or have flows in us (will use neologisms and my own terminology and all you get it), then the flow where I call was in me, but it wasn't pure, and I folded for a different flow that faded with other flows.

sorry if the hand looks technically confusing but that can happen. finished 19th in that tournament. did not win every pot I could have won and wasn't in pure flow.
