TCfromUB 2015 life and poker crushfest

Well. Been debating starting a thread or getting a blog for a long time. I think it will be nice to have a place where I can just talk about life/poker and get some thoughts down.

For those of you who don't know me, my name is Nick Frame, and TCfromUB is my PS sn. I play NLHU and PLOHU from 5/10-50/100. Read more to figure out what game I'm adding to the mix for 2015.

2014 overall wasn't a great year compared to what I think my expectation was. I won around 400k at poker. Also a lot of bad things happened in the poker world in terms of affecting my earning expectation. In addition I got pretty sick around the middle of the year which lasted a while and was both scary and a PIA. I suppose it's tough to complain looking at the big picture, but I just had higher hopes for 14. There were lots of life things where I got a bit unlucky. The market did well though which was nice, and I had/have a big piece in it.

I'm not a guy who constantly complains and thinks he's unlucky--in 2013 I ran quite well at just about everything possible.

For 2015, pokers tougher, but I'm hungrier than ever, and I'm hopeful I can have a great year. I've put in an insane amount of off the table work in the last 5 months to finish the year.

2015 Goals/things I want to do/focus on:

-Improve net worth [before taxes] by 1mill+, which will likely involve needing to earn 750k+ at playing poker
-Maintain top 5 at NLHU, Get to top 15 at HUPLO (prob in 25 range atm), Become top 3 HU hyper sng player (theres the shocker for the OP!). Should be hopping into 500/1ks by end of Jan.
-Probably Buy a Porsche 991 GT3
-Buy a BMW GS motorcycle and do at least one long trip with my Dad.
-Get my body from 3 years ago back. Haven’t lifted **** since then and I think I'm too thin atm.
-Women.
