Awesome tool for sites like bodog who dont give you the possiblity to configure betsizes. Little bit expensive though!

For some reason tonight the RNG isn't showing up on the iPoker tables. I've tried toggling it on and off in the settings a bunch of times, but it's just not popping up. Everything else seems to be working fine though. Any chance you can help me out with this?

Hello is there a chance for Jurojin to work on Win 7 32bit?
Tried it out to see if I'd like it. The thing that gravitated me to it was the action sequence layout. Sometimes it can be easy to forget the action in a hand so I figured this tool could be useful. There are a couple of other tools that this offers that seems quite good. A lot of the other overlays seem a bit overrated, but SPR and next street SPR seemed kind of cool. I also liked the idea of geometric bet sizing shortcut.
I did try this tool out on micro stakes zoom tables at BetOnline and for whatever reason it crashed the site and caused a force close in the middle of the hand. I tried it out again and it happened a few minutes later. Jurojin seems like a pretty cool concept, but I just can't have that happening to me in the middle of hands, because that will get expensive real quick. Maybe I'll come back in a few years and try it out again to see if they can work out a few more of the bugs. Other than it being a bit glitchy, seems like a cool project.

We're sorry you experienced this. It seems to be related to a processor model or some specific computers, as we have thousands of ChicoPoker players without any troubles.

Why is your customer service so bad?
I spoke up on Discord, but you deleted my message and even kicked me out of the community.
Then why did you even set up Discord in the first place?

I paid, yet I didn’t receive the proper customer service I deserve.
Everyone, please be aware: this software is full of bugs that are never fixed, refunds are not allowed, and the customer service does not actively solve problems. They fail to do their job and just tell customers to shut up.
