Who created Steel Phoenix-HU 4.09 v4 HUD?

Hi everyone,

I've been using the Steel Phoenix-HU 4.09 (+COS) v4 HUD in PokerTracker 4 and I'm trying to find out who created it.

Does anyone know the original author or developer? Was it shared on this forum or somewhere else? Is it still supported or updated?

I'd really appreciate any contact info or background on the HUD.
