Massive PT4 Issue

So I just downloaded PT4 and linked it to ACR. I had an old ACR account from 5 years ago I thought was deleted. When I was fiddling with my new ACR account today, they kicked me off of it and said I had two accounts. I managed to recover the old one, but now PT4 is linked to the new one I no longer have access to. Furthermore, when I go to "add new player" in PT4, it does not show my old accounts username and wont let me import it. No clue what to do
