No support from Omaha Indicator (or Poker Indicator, Hold'em Indicator, Tournament Indicator)
Is anyone getting a response from these guys? I spent $99 a few weeks ago because I migrated to a new computer for Windows 11 forced upgrade. To my utter dismay it took two week to get the license key, then the software still does not work: recognizes the table is there but NOTHING else. My one response came from [email protected]. I never once got any reply from support. Is anybody else using this software. It was working fine on my Win 10 PC. To be honest, I'm only shitting on them because my software doesn't work. I just want it to work.
BTW, migrating to a new Windows computer was a bitch, two fucking days. But OMG the new computer is 10x faster, 20x on some apps. I can't believe how much more fun it is to NEVER have to wait for a UI command to show a response, let alone thing like spreadsheets.

Still no reply as of 9/25/25.
I have been using the Indicators for years on PS. From time to time, a PS update renders it inoperable until the administrators of the Indicators release a patch. When I notify them that it doesn't work, I have always received a polite reply that they are working on it and it will be released soon. Sometimes it happens quickly, sometimes it is weeks in the making, but they have always delivered.
This time, however, I have received only silence. I have written several times politely informing them of the latest PS update, which has rendered the Indicators useless until they formulate a patch.
No reply at all.
I don't know what is happening, but I am not encouraged.
I have used holdemindicator for about 10 years. after the recent pokerstars update (about a month ago now) it hasn't worked. as usual i emailed asking for an etr on a patch. no reply. Their website also dropped SSL rating, which is a bad sign, for all who bought "lifetime" software rights, and even more for those who may buy it without security. i assume nobody else has been able to contact them either.
