[Dev Log] Building a Data-Focused Tracker for GGPoker Exports (Seeking Beta Testers)
I’ve been working on a side project called Poker Tiger, and I’m looking for some technical feedback from the community here.
I wanted to build a tool that focuses on accurate data visualization and post-game review logic. My goal is to bridge the gap between "having stats" and "understanding the logic behind the hand."
Current Technical Progress:
Custom Parsing Engine: Specifically optimized for GG Poker (NLH Cash & MTTs) to ensure 100% accuracy in Net Profit and BB/100 calculations, even with complex hand history formats.
Comprehensive Stats Tree: Built-in tracking for VPIP, PFR, 3-Bet, Squeeze, and post-flop tendencies (Donk Bet, Delay C-Bet).
Logic-Based Hand Review: I'm implementing a module that uses LLM logic to help structure hand reviews, focusing on street-by-street decision-making based on GTO principles (post-session only).
Why I’m posting here: The software is in its early stages, and I want to make sure the data engine is bulletproof before a wider release. I’m looking for a few high-volume grinders who play on GG/N8 to:
Test the parsing accuracy of your exported histories.
I’m doing this for the love of the game and to build something actually useful for the community. Currently, this is a free beta/research project, and I’m not selling any licenses.
I would love to hear your thoughts on what’s missing in current GG analysis tools.
Best, Jarren
