SquidSolver Pro - full-tree solver for squid / stand-up poker

Hi everyone,

I’m Jack, developer of SquidSolver Pro.

SquidSolver Pro is a desktop solver built for squid and stand-up games. It solves the poker tree with the squid payout built into each player’s EV, so the output reflects both the pot and the side-game pressure.

You can open a few free solved trees in the browser here:

https://squidsolver.com/library

The browser viewer lets you move through the tree, inspect hand-level strategy and EV, review the squid state, and try practice mode.

The desktop app supports:

- full preflop through river solving
- 2 to 9 players
- asymmetric stacks
- custom small blinds, antes, dead money, and straddles
- stand-up, first-hand awards, progressive payouts, infinite squids, per-player caps, custom multipliers, and custom starting states
- plain chip EV for regular multiway solves
- configurable trees: bet sizes, limps, cold calls, raise caps, all-in thresholds, and bet-size merging
- node locking and node comparison
- aggregate flop / turn / river reports for custom solves
- practice mode for both custom solves and library solves

The Solution Library is designed to keep growing. We regularly add new full solves, with priority given to common squid game states, representative edge cases, and user-requested spots.

Every library solve can be opened in the tree, studied hand by hand, and used for practice against the solved strategy.

Any plan for PLO?

Any plan for PLO?

Yes, PLO is very possible.

For me the natural fit would be PLO in live/app-game formats: squid/stand-up, straddles, antes, bomb pots, double boards, PLO5/6, and so on.

PLO4 with squid/stand-up rules is definitely something I would like to cover. I just do not want to give a timeline before I know which formats people care about most.

If you have a specific PLO game in mind, I would be happy to hear the rules.
