Hi. Do you have a HUD stat capturing the red line? Aka, won/loss with no showdown?

I’d like to create a “hands” report that shows any hand where:
It’s a heads up pot.
Either player moves all in and is called.

I use HEM3 for sites like stars and 888. I never renewed my HEM3 and used the old version but the importing and hud still worked on stars until recently. I will most likely renew my HEM3 as I like how the layout of the hud looks on HEM3.

A while back I used the trial version of PT4 but this was on an older laptop. This laptop of mine, I never used PT4. Does that mean I could get another free trial with PT4 when using it on stars or 888? I remember using the trial version of PT4 on my older laptop with those sites. Do I get a free trial or it won't work because it might be linked to your stars or 888 account? But if it's a free trial, does it have some limitations? I think when I used PT4 trial a while back on my older laptop, I don't think there was any limitations? Like you could only use it 1 table or after a certain amount, it no longer works?

I recall I asked this a while back but is there a way to make the hud on PT4 look like how it does on HEM3? I had used HEM1 a while back and then HEM2 and my favorite hud layout was from HEM2 and I think I imported the hud from my old HEM2 to HEM3 and used it ever since. But you can't use the same layout of how the hud looks on PT4 right? When I used PT4 a while back on the free trial, I found it okay but I didn't like how the hud looked.

I believe PT4 and HEM3 are in the same company now? I'm curious if you or other users know if there is less laggin on PT4 compared to HEM3? I play on stars and usually there is no lag on my laptop when running HEM3 and starscaption up to like 20 tables. I don't play that many tables usually but sometimes could get as high as that or even higher. Recently I think I went up to 24 tables or even more and my computer was lagging a ton to where it started freezing.

I recalled when I stopped the hud of HEM3, the lag wasn't that bad when having that many tables. Does anyone know or can confirm PT4 uses less resources on the computer or it's about the same as HEM3? I recalled HEM3 used a lot of computer resources compared to HEM2 and HEM1.

Can you please attach the original hand history file from your poker site for this hand to a Support Ticket.

See this thread for more information. To filter on all players rather than just the active player you would need to click the 'Filters' link in your custom hand report, select 'Add New Expression Filters' and turn off the 'Filter on Active Player' option to see the hands from every player's point of view.

Importing CoinPoker hands while playing requires a third-party hand converter however a HUD on CoinPoker is not currently supported. If you want to be notified of any change in that regard then you can let us know via a Support Ticket.

Hi, sorry if this has already been posted somewhere, looked for an hour and can't find anything.

Is there a way to see stats for a villain specifically vs me? Ive tried the expression filter that gets me to when we are at the same table but that's not what I want. I am talking about where specifically the two of us play a hand.

For example, I want this bc certain villians in my pool are overfolding to cbet intentionally vs some other players, so the f2fcb is inflated. We play very differently against each other. I want to see what their f2fcb is when I specifically am the c bettor. So their f2fcb vs me only.

Is this possible?

You can build 'vs Hero' custom statistics to display that for all villains - there is a thread here on the topic of creating 'vs Hero' stats.

PT4 has seemingly stopped working on ACR? It worked up until a few days ago and now it seemed to have stopped. It says hands are imported but I don't see them i stats or in "My Hands"

If your hands are being reported as imported and your HUD is updating then the hands should be available to view in PokerTracker 4. Make sure that you do not have any filters or hands tags active that would prevent data from appearing otherwise please attach a screenshot of your entire PokerTracker 4 report window either here or privately to a Support Ticket.

Hi if I buy the PT4 Small Stakes, in a future I can upgrade for All Stakes version paying only the difference?

And if I don't pay the Annual Support I can't upgrade to the latest version of PT4 right? After the annual support sub ends I mean

Upgrading a license would also change the price of Annual Support & Maintenance. The exact price would also depend on when you upgraded and the status of any existing Annual Support & Maintenance plan. If you have any further quereies I'd recommend contacting the PokerTracker 4 sales team here.

Correct. For example if your support & maintenance agreement expires on 23rd Jan 2026 and the current stable version of PokerTracker is v4.20.1 then you can use 4.20.1 forever. However, you will not be able to upgrade to any future releases without renewing your support & maintenance agreement.

I recently built a new PC and I downloaded PT4 on there. It was to my understanding that the registration code is good for two computers total, but when I enter the registration key into the other computer it says "Invalid Registration. Pokertracker will continue in trial mode".

I purchased PT4 back in June 1st of 2023 and at the time I thought I was able to have it on 2 devices at a time.

Nvm, I was able to get it to work by installing an older outdated version. Now I'm wondering if there is a convenient way to share hand histories between both computers without it getting messy.

You could keep both your databases manually synchronized with a setup like this:

Thanks, I did a variation of the first solution you shared. The second one seemed a bit weird. What I ended up doing is just copying the folder with the hands to the desktop where it is converted to both computers through OneDrive. I'm currently uploading them now and it is taking a long ass time, but it will be satisfying once it is complete. I didn't really feel the need to make 3 folders between the computers. If I have some duplicates, PT4 will be able to take care of that I believe. It may take a smidge longer, but nothing significant.

I haven't used a HUD since Black Friday. Before then, I used PT3. I'm looking to start using a HUD again on ACR. Is there a discount for PT3 license holders to upgrade to PT4?
