After the last update I'm having some trouble with the table manager, specifically the Slot Locations, if I move tables to diff slots I have to pretty much align them almost perfectly myself. Otherwise they just hang unaligned. Weird thing is sometimes it works as it should and just auto-aligns but also sometimes doesn't...

I recently changed the algorithm for checking if a table is in a slot a little bit, this is done to fix the shaking of some types of tables in slots
Test14 brings back the old way of working

Something still seems to be broken because sometimes my hotkeys ignore that I pressed them. Can this be fixed?

But does it work the second or third time or not?
Does this only happen with hotkeys assigned to mouse buttons, or with hotkeys on the keyboard, or does it make no difference?
Do you use Carbon Lite on any other Stars theme?

It's very weird, most of the time it works, sometimes I have to click it several times and sometimes it doesn't work no matter how many times I click it.
I use mouse button (XButton1).
I use Carbon theme (not lite).
I also use H2N 4 as tracker and Jurojin for table slots and other sites (bet button and hotkeys disabled for PS).
I also tried to downgrade to previous PSCaption, but it did not help.

Can you please check this:
- does it work in this situation if you move mouse on a target button on a table? (if you have this hokey configured to raise, then move it to Bet/Raise button)
- try to click Options / Reset hotkeys in this situation and check if it helps (at least temporary)
- if you can, then try to reconfigure this hotkey to a keyboard key and check if it helps

And please send me your settings, I'll try to check what else can be wrong (you can export them via Options / Save settings backup)

888caption just stays blank and doesn't pick up the client or do anything else

Unfortunately, problems on the main server happen 2-3 times a year, but usually it doesn't last long.
Next time you can try switching to the backup server - turn off License / License servers #2 checkbox and restart Caption.

Party Caption is automatically once the BetMGM software is launched. I've tested several version of Party Caption, but they all close. Has BetMGM restricted this program in some way?

This probably happens when you have tables open above demo stakes and your BetMGM account is not linked to your license.
Try to close all tables higher than demo stakes and check if PartyCaption will work.
If it so, then you can add your BetMGM account to license as it described here (example for StarsCaption, but it works by the same way here).

Thanks, this is the issue. It would be nice if the default for this situation didn't result in the program simply closing, especially without warning. In this case, I opened the caption software and started playing, and noticed that the program wasn't working. So, I restarted it but it just closes down. I wouldn't be able to discover that my license ran out since the program is closing and I'm playing higher than the trial stakes. I would suggest just leaving the program open or providing some sort of error message so that users can easily identify the problem.

After looking at this further, it turns out this wasn't the issue. My subscription was active, but just wasn't showing it for some reason. Anyway, now it seems to be working fine, but I have no idea what was happening for those few days where the Caption would close as soon as the poker software opened.

Using version 1.23a of SC:

I had a hotkey (ALT+R) to open the replayer, for some reason it doesn't work anymore. CTRL+R works, ALT+ any other letter works, but not ALT+R.

When i click ALT+R on any of the available hotkeys on the Hotkey > Basic hotkeys, it doesn't register anything on SC.

I just changed it, problem solved, but was wondering what happened. Any change on SC or maybe something on my end?

I have a couple of questions regarding the behavior of using some HUD tags in the latest version of the 888poker client and 888Caption:

Is it still necessary for the tournament lobby to be on the "payouts" tab in order for prize tags (such as [TL_prizeValue], [TL_nextPrize], etc.) to update correctly in the current client version?

Why does the lobby automatically switch to the "payouts" tab when using tags that start with TI_ (for example, [TI_startingChips], [TI_lateReg] etc.)?
Is this also required for these tags to function?

Options / Autorefresh [TL _...] tags controls it, and it also has Autorefresh prize tags sub-option.
You can turn it off if you want to disable auto switching to Payouts tab

Is it possible to have a hotkey to open wsop.mi blasts with 888 caption? also to unregister? Maybe I don't see it?

The ability to keep x amount of blasts running like party caption would be great too if it's possible.
