Sorry, I meant to say it automatically separates this data. It's going to show specific data only from the game type you're currently playing on your table. You can set a filter for table size, etc... but usually you wouldn't want to combine different game data.
Is safe to use DH2 at ClubGG? I read that trackers are prohibited
I'm having trouble importing hands with hole cards. I used the import from directory feature (for Ignition hands that have been downloaded locally). No hole cards shown. Should I send a log?
When you download the hands from Ignition, 24 hours later, you may have to change the number of days viewed until they change from Download Requested to Open Hand History. Otherwise they may not download. I have had to repeat 3 or 4 times when the site was busy. If you open one, and do a Save As, it will show the location of the downloaded file to point DH to. In my case: C:\Users\gjohn\Ignition Casino Poker\Hand History\580123064294 is the folder.

I woke up today and loaded up drivehud and it is just stuck on the loading screen. I tried the repair option, uninstalling and reinstalling and that has done nothing, any way to fix this that you know of?

In the past I've successfully shared the Drive replayer with a coach over Discord and had good discussions.
But today, for the life of us we could not get that window shared. Do you guys have any insight? Is there a share layout setting to adjust?
The problem appears limited to the replayer window. Share worked, but there's a black screen where replayer was supposed to be.
I am able to successfully share another window, a Word document for example.

I can't say for sure. Something in the replayer was changed a few builds ago. I'll ask the dev who worked on that to check to see if there's anything related. I know re-scaling and sizing was changed. I'll let you know what they say when I hear back.

Thank you for the response. I have not had a problem downloading the hands, but they won't import into DH with hole cards shown. I received a response from support and sent some hand histories that were downloaded, however they have not responded since I sent them 5 days ago. (ticket: TMZ-FKJJT-408)

Hopefully support will respond soon. I normally get an automated response within a couple of hours and a real response within 24 hour. You might want to check your Spam folder. Some items you may want to check. The time show in Ignition's download is the end time of a session and is GMT +4 hours. I am on CDT, so I have to subtract an hour when looking for a session. If you use DriveHud's Import from File, you should see the individual sessions (see below). If you use Import from Directory, the individual sessions do not show, but it imports all of them in the folder. After the download, you should get a message (see below) showing how many files it imported. The message below was for sessions I had already downloaded.

Thanks for sending the ticket info. I checked into it, and a support agent assigned it to a dev that was sick, so it's been sitting. I'll get someone else to check it and send you a response.
