Is it possible to add spr (stack to pot ratio) in hud? Its in hand replayer but could it be seen in hud?
We did finally hear back from ACR on their issue w/ Drivehud 2. They have a problem w/ hand charts in HUD, population reports in HUD, equity calculator and ICM calculator. We're going to disable the hand charts and population reports if a WPN site is active. Similar things we do w/ HUD functions on sites that don't allow certain features, like pokerstars.We're trying to figure
Is this workaround version safe to use?
I assume it is just doing something to bypass their detection software but if it's still a prohibited program we would be risking a ban if caught

The WPN beta update pushed out today or last night seems to work. Is this the workaround build?

We told them, via proxy we were doing this, so as to not cutoff their users. They are going to evaluate a new build we send them tomorrow, and hopefully approve it and remove from ban list.
They listed things that every HUD has, so mostly this was done in error. In short, not approved, but I don't see it being an issue or we wouldn't have done this as a temp solution. After all, it's the same thing they previously approved... nothing changed.

You can use the latest version. They will not ban you.
Yes, we are in active communication w/ them and it will be fully resolved soon.
The issue is they arbitrarily took this position on DH2 w/o fully knowing why. They are asking for things removed that other HUDs also have, while not asking other HUDs to remove them or banning them w/o notice.
So we don't fully know what's going on, other than we're complying w/ their requests, and still actively trying to figure out why they singled DH2 out and didn't do this to other HUDs. Frankly, I don't think they know why either. But regardless, it will be resolved, and you don't have to worry about playing there now and being banned. We've told them we have this build until everything is resolved, and I've stated all this publically.
You have the latest version then. Reboot. Start DH2 before your WPN client and it will work. If you still have some issue, email support w/ a log from the support icon in DH2, but you shouldn't have any issue. We've not had any reports of it not working. The only other possible thing is if your virus scanner deleted some necessary files. Which in that case you'd need to temp disable, and or add a safe exception for DH2, and then re-install dH2 to restore all files.

No, you have to manually import them because GG doesn't allow for HUDs, so there's no point in auto import. You can't add rakeback to your HUD. You can add it to reports.

My experience right now: I downloaded the fix provided above and now WPN is once again blocking my login. I installed everything correctly etc.

I am having no trouble ACR. I suggest that you contact DH2 contact customer support thru the microphone insignia in the upper right of DH2. That gives them a copy of your log and more information on what is happening. I have normally received an automated email response within 2 hours and a real response within 24 hours.

24 hours? Average response time is < 4 hours. Automated responses are instant. Why are you emailing? 😀
Any ways, as said, send a log from the support icon. Likely your virus scanner is deleting a file.
