Postflop+ app.... Confusing.

For those of you who don't know me. I am doing 5 years Ina minimum security camp for money laundering. (See my AMA). I don't have access to a solver and am resorting to postflop + solver app on a phone. I know inmates here are terrible players and never play anything like GTO but I'm trying to learn more about solvers and I can't figure out why villain is betting 22 so crazy here on this board. It doesn't block anything. The app I assume is using equilibrium solutions with no node lock. I'm so sorry if this isn't enough info happy to explain more if more info is needed.
