First thing I always tell people is to not worry too much about studying in some optimal order. Just put that niggling voice that asks “is this really the best use of my time” to bed and dig in.
That being said, I wouldn’t get too hung up on exact frequencies for exact sizes for specific hand combos.
If you’re going to focus on hand combos, I would start by looking at the ones that are outright losing EV by not taking a certain action (ie: they’re pure bets or pure checks).
If you’re going to focus on frequencies, I would look at big buckets of hands, whether that’s by hand ranking or draw/backdoor type or kicker, etc.
If you’re going to focus on bet sizes (and you aren’t paying enough for the AI features) I would focus on the modal and mean bet sizes and generalize as much as possible across boards, runouts and configurations.
BIG questions here lol.
Firstly, grind the trainer. Practice hard, and practice mindfully. You need to build your intuition for solid play.
Here's a free tool I made that will help you prioritize the most important formations first:

Also recommend checking out this free study plan: it goes over efficient studying techniques and links to many useful articles and videos.
When it comes to understanding WHY the solver is doing something, well that's a harder skill to teach. But the most effective way is to employ the scientific method and play around with cause -> effect.
tnks for ur input
