Spot Study Precision
I'm studying SB vs BTN 3BP low paired board double barrells(AI Solution). What is a good metric(ev loss/ gtow score/ % of the pot, and its' score) when I can confidently move on to studying some other spot? Is it the same for different spots BTN vs BB SRP, SB vs BTN 3BP, how much things change if I drill full hand? How many hands requiered?

Unfortunately there is no simple one-size-fits-all answer to this question, as you can set up drills in ways that make it way easier or way harder to get a good score.
I have attempted to answer this question before with this Spot Importance approach. The basic idea is to compare the relative value of different spots and study those that have the biggest impact on your win rate.
How many hands is enough to fill out the importance spreadsheet for each spot? 500, 5000?
Maybe 100 hands if you're using GTO Wizard score. It converges quickly
