SB vs BTN Cbetting Question
Checked a few similar boards recently. J95r and J54r

SB cbet for bigger sizing on J54r to leverage overpairs.

Why not to do the same on J95r? Is it because SB has more equity and slightly more middle pairs(merged range)? Or because BTN has many easy calls vs bigger sizing(not putting enough pressure on weak hands)?

Try running an experiment. Give them both sizes and measure EV at the root node.
B40
SB EV = 11.47

B67
SB EV = 11.48

This is basically identical (0.01bb is within the margin of error). So you can build a strategy around either bet size.
As Uri puts, it flop c-bet sizes are kind of like the first move in a chess match. There are many playable strategies, what matters is that you know how to follow through.
Is there any EV threshold which would mean that changes are significant and I better understand what's going on?
It's somewhat subjective, but I wouldn't consider anything below the nash distance of the solution to be significant.
FWIW, most flop c-bet sizings have very similar EV. You can simplify aggressively on the flop.

My advice: Use DYNAMIC sizing with specified sizes that equal the shortcuts you use in game. Solver will pick the best size among the sizes you've specified. Two sizes, one small one big, is plenty in most cases.
