Post Flop GTO Bet/Raise Sizes

Hi all,

I'm a poker rec/hobbyist/enthusiast and I've started to dabble in GTO theory using GTOPlus. Are there any generally accepted best practice bet sizes (% of pot) I should be using for my sims on the flop/turn/river (No more than two per street please). Also, same question re post flop raise sizes.

Thanks,

Snook

It's a function of a lot of things so not really... anywhere from 30-150% is going to capture almost all of the EV. Smaller sizings on flop will mean you sort of need larger sizings for turn and for river I'd recommend you always allow an all-in sizing.

The reality is flop sizings aren't going to matter much so long as your sim has appropriate sizings for turn and river to be able to get stacks in. There are optimizations, but the difference in theoretical EV is often pretty negligible (0.1%) and practicality and simplification of the game tree are likely to yield greater returns than chasing after a very minimal amount of theoretical EV gain in the nash sim.

Thanks Brokenstars, I'll bear that all in mind.

I've taken advantage of the RIO Elite for a week offer, so I'm watching a couple of solver based vids to see how others approach it. They tend to use GTOW/PIO, but the concepts are the same.
