Freezing of streamer BabyShark1kk's account on PokerStars [Resolved]
Hello. I'm a popular streamer on:
YouTube 92,000 subscribers https://youtube.com/@babyshark1kk
Twitch 32,000 subscribers: https://www.twitch.tv/babyshark4
90 days ago, when trying to register for a tournament, it started popping up "your account is frozen, for standard verification, which usually takes a few minutes".
After 24 days I was asked to provide information about the source of my income.
Since I stream every session I play on PokerStars and my main winnings were also live:
-$20,000: https://www.youtube.com/live/WRHjVjFBXk4...
-$99,000: https://www.youtube.com/live/gu-_5ysyHqY...
The request seemed strange, but I provided all the data.
As a result, it's been 90 days, more than 60 days after providing proof of income, I'm not asked about anything, all my appeals to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram PokerStars ends with template answers that your case is being dealt with. But it is simply impossible for 90 days not to sort out, with a player who plays in your room almost always only on Sundays, with one IP, streaming all the games).
Some of my viewers told me that they also have such cases for 1-6 months. I would like to return the opportunity to play as soon as possible.
I am ready to answer all the questions to the representatives of Pokerstars and appreciate which will help to make a decision.

Unfreezed the account, after 200 days, after the EPT Paris support service did not allow to bain from the account (before that 3 times allowed) and offered to help in a quick mode with the support to send a photo of the card and answer a couple of questions. Within 5-7 days unfrozen.
Why it could not be done for 200 days I do not know, but I am glad that everything ended well).
The absurdity of having to prove that you can afford to win money... even if your bank account was empty, why would it matter if the game results are +120k?
