Pokerstars.ES + Canada
Hi guys.
For many years I played both on pokerstars.com and pokerstars.es.
Now I moved to Alberta, Canada. On my pokerstars.com account I already changed and verified my new address information.
Pokerstars.es support told me, I need to create a brand new account.
But if I am trying to download and run the software from their link, it leads me to all the MTTs from ".com", but not from ".es".
I can see some Canadian players on ".es" platform.
So can you guys tell me what am I doing wrong and how did you verify your accounts on ".es"?

The link in that e-mail seems like it's the .exe file for the UK Stars client, not .es
I'd say go to pokerstars.es yourself (use a vpn if you need to - just for the part to get the client downloaded)_ and download the file. Or have a friend who plays on .ES send you the client.
Or actually, if you can already see the .ES client (I'm assuming from your winter series screenshot) then just make a new account in the client. The .ES client is all that their download link was supposed to be for.
Cliffs: get the .ES client open or download it however you can and then make your new account.
