Pokerstars not accountable for what they promote
1) was offered a 1000 usd deposit bonus
2) code did not work
3) support says they set it manually if i just deposit
4) got powerpath tickets worth 33 usd
5) asked where is 1k bonus informed its escalated to specialist
6) wait few days receive customer sup message (which I can not email back) to tell me I got powerpath tickets already
7) waiting in chat to chat with customer support again
keeping posted if the bonus will ever be received or just some random excuses

Informed offer was available for 7 days upon receiving email, which was not stated on email but somewhere in their small print at their website which my browser does not even want to open. Nothing compensated, nothing given. Used to be better with them.
