PokerStars Contact window is not loading

I can't reach PokerStars because the support window is loading.. always. No chat appears.

I tried to request my hand history for the day, but no matter what you choose "last week" or "last 24 hours" you always only get the last 200 hands.

Is it this hard to make them downloadable? How else can I contact Stars?
