25NL to 50NL jump advice
Hey everyone first post on 2+2. Im currently grinding 25nl zoom on stars i currently have a winrate of 5.4bb/100 over 24,000 hands which i know is a small sample so this is an amitious post. My Br is at $770 usd so i know its abit short for 25nl zoom but im enjoying playing it anyways and my winrate has been good so far. At what Br size can i consider moving to 50nl ? I've seen people say between 20-25 BIs and other say 40+. Also would anyone know roughly what my WR would be if I moved up to 50nl? would it be significantly harder? (ie more profitable to play 25nl at my current WR).
Appreciate any advice

I'm pretty conservative with bankroll management, so IMO the very least you'd need at 50NL would be $2500 (50BI)... obviously the games get tougher as you move up, so it's good to have a bit of a buffer for the learning curve
Hey, you're doing nice, although thankfully you recognized it is a small sample (in reality, a very small sample 😀 ). My 2c, use a consistent BRM approach to move up and a set $ to move down, this is probably more important than WR. If you're good, your WR across all stakes will be decent. If you're not, it won't be decent, you will probably hit a wall and, assuming your motivation is good, you will look for resources, coaches etc and figure it out.
Conservative or aggressive to me has more to do with how much attention you want to constantly be giving to your bankroll, and how comfortably you are with this added level of stress, and lastly, your discipline. If you're disciplined and has no problem having to constatly check your roll to see if you need to move down, aggressive will make things faster for you. If you'd rather not have to check your roll every 5 minutes, go a bit safer. If you prefer to stay long stretches of time without looking at your results, and don't like stress, you have to go conservative.
I would say it depends about your possibility of depositing again in case you have a bad streak. If you can then you can play more loose with the bankroll. If you can't then i would suggest being very strict with bankroll, at least 40-60 buy-ins minimum.
Also 50NL is harder than 25NL so i would suggest being cautious.
