Can't update PokerStars

There has been issues on pokerstars with Belgian players for a whole week now.
(Lobby not updating properly, decisions on the table not processing properly, timing out on hand)

Having been in cotanct with support twice they keep telling they are aware if the issue and are working on it.

Now from today when I start PS it tells me to update, but when I try to do do I can't connect to the PS server.
Support isn't reachable anymore. Been in the waiting room 2 times. 3 and 2 hours and the support chat just gets closed aftet that.

Anyone experiencing similar problems?

I do find the PS support very lacking and I am seriously considering withdrawing all funds and moving them elsewhere.
