PokerStars (Sochi) can't withdraw money

Hi,

Money is stuck in the terminated region room, the PC client has no functionality.
But I still see my thousand dollars and would really like to rescue them.

Could you recommend a support email / physical address that can manage such problems?

Is it possible to transfer it to another PokerStars region (Europe)?

Any advice is appreciated.
