Does Pokerstars Reimburse Ticket If Cannot Play In Upcoming Tournament?
I had won a $215 Sunday Million Anniversary Ticket from those challenges where they draw tickets each week if you played 1 or 2 events to qualify for it. This was a while back. I recall the ticket expire date showed the next day of the event as I believe late registration is 24 hours for that tournament.
I am currently traveling and in the US at the moment and not sure if I would be abroad again by that date in order to play in that tournament.
Does anyone know if pokerstars would give a $215 ticket for you to use in the future since you cannot play in this tournament? This was not a tournament ticket that I won a satellite into where the message for the satellite shows you must play in the tournament and cannot unregister. This was me winning a $215 Sunday Million ticket from those weekly draws. Has anyone ever asked pokerstars this and they were able to give you a ticket for the same buyin in a situation like this, whether it was a $215 or $109 or $55 or whatever buyin amount it could be?

There's no guarantee that PokerStars will agree to give you a ticket to another event, but contact their customer support team to explain your situation. This is often the best way to get a definitive answer and potentially a solution to your problem.
Yes I know there is no guarantee pokerstars would give me a ticket to another event that is a $215 buyin. But I like to know has anyone here done this and had success or no success? So if many people here say yes, then I think it most likely will be yes. If most people say no, then most likely no. Thing is if I had won a seat in a satellite where message says you can't unregister for the tournament, then I know in that situation, it will be a no 100%. But this is a ticket I got in a drawing.
What is the best way to speak to them? Is it by email and if so what is the email? I read things are better with x or discord? I don't have experience with those but is that better than their regular email?
