PokerStars Scoop problem

Hello,

Today I was playing the main event of the scoop with a very big stack and 600 left with 200k for first and i got moved from my table.

At that time I had almost full time bank but when i was moved, my time bank disappeared completely because a technical issue.

Due to having to rush in every decision, i made a couple of mistakes and ended up eliminated.

I want to suit POKERSTARS and I want to receive my money back in terms of ICM at the moment of this happened.

Does anyone know how to proceed with this?
