PokerStars' deposits
Regardless of what domain uk players play on, they still get extra shafted by pokerstars, and it's vile. This is because you are forced to deposit in gbp with no other option, the casino is in gbp with no other options and the poker is in usd with no other option. This means you can't convert to usd in revolut etc and deposit, saving money, you need to deposit in gbp and choose one of two **** options: to convert each time you click buy in or to convert all when u deposit. They add a 2-3% fee on top of the exchange fee and there is literally no way around it unlike, I'd imagine, every single other nation that plays on .com. They are scumbags the lot of them, I tried to change to my Irish details but they won't accept digital banks at all and take a ridiculous amount of time to respond in support, but I've got an old gov letter now that I've changed the date on so that's definitely what I'm doing. **** pokerstars and **** the uk. For a platform estimated to be worth like 6 billion dollars, its just unfathomable to think it still has the player base it does simply because of it being a legacy brand and there somehow being no good fiat poker alternatives that beat it in all areas. Stake.com has a more enjoyable poker experience and it's still very new and obviously stake is casino orientated 10-fold more than poker.

There's currency options in the cashier. Deposit in GBP, convert to USD for poker.
