PokerStars bonus code box on deposit page

Basically there isn't one. Anyone else getting this? Stars said it's just me, which is almost certainly nonsense. Spent far too long trying to sort this out with their online support.

When you get to speak to an actual human they ask for screenshots of both the deposit page from the Stars client/website, and also a shot of the email offering you the reload bonus.
