Hello. After the new update on pokerstars, my cashier won't open on the desktop client, such as other windows (like the Promotions and Rewards), Challenges window, besides the client being somewhat laggy on these requests. Anyone having similar experiences? I just cleared the %temp% files and still the same. Please, help?!

How many tables on stars do you play though if only stars? I assume you don't play more than a few tables? I have these freezing issues and fold button disappearing at the table only when a good amount of tables opened.

Do you use HEM3 or PT? What about caption?

How exactly do I delete Appdata/Local/Pokerstars Folder?

Do I first delete that and then use Revo uninstall to uninstall pokerstars? Or do it afterwards?

I do notice when I type in poker when I click the start menu in windows, there is a folder called PokerInstallerLogs. Is this related to stars? The thing is there is a folder that shows Natural8-Live and a few folders titled com.ggpokernetwork.poker and similar names. I have Natural 8 downloaded on computer but don't have an account though. So is that folder related to Natural 8?

I want to fully uninstall stars and reinstall it due to the glitches as I want a new clean reinstall of stars.

I play one table on all sites and one at a time but I did a test by running three sites with multiple tables opened simultaneously and had no issues. Do you

Best bet to solve your issues if they still persist is through their Dev department as your PC info will be required and it is not a good idea giving too much info through public channels. Hope you get it sorted.

Okay so you only play one table at once and don't use a hud or tracker. So you for sure would not get any of these lag issues. However, the glitching thing I mention happens regardless so that is an issue.

The PokerInstallerLogs folder... you say that is related to 888. I think you are right on this.

What do you mean their Dev department?

Does pokerstars assist with live chat with this?

The thing I want to know is how do I remove all the pokerstars files from my computer so I can reinstall it again correctly. I know it isn't removed fully because when I reinstall stars after uninstalling it, it still shows my username saved. The Revo Uninstaller didn't even remove everything it seems since it showed lot of folders and subfolders showing after the uninstall. Then there is the issue with the glitches and lag issues and all that.

Can someone tell me how do i remove everything pokerstars completely before I do a clean reinstall of pokerstars? That is probably the only way to get rid of the glitches.

If you want to do it really clean and also delete other stuff that could influence your issues there are only 2 options:

1) Format your hard drive
2) Buy new pc

But sometimes I wonder if you are actually a troll, although its a weird place to troll

Why do you ask here if pokerstars live chat assists with this issue???

This is a real mind stretch but why not first just ask their live chat if they can help you with it????

PaulyJames200x: Go to Pokerstars website -> Help -> Technical Issues -> Find article "Windows permissions issue - Complete reinstallation - Error 2/79". there's instructions for complete software reinstallation, including deleting manually settings-files and installation directory.

I didn't know there was a pokerstars live chat. I thought it was only email.

I spoke to live chat. They told me to go to the pokerstars folder and delete that entire folder. It's the folder that contains a ton of folders and user notes and settings. I deleted that folder. I then uninstalled stars with revo uninstaller. I restarted laptop. I then downloaded stars again and did the installation. After I did that, I noticed the username did not show up at login. I then logged in. I then manually changed the settings as I didn't want to use the old settings file that I saved and put that in because that might cause similar issues.

I then closed stars software and did notice it did close without that Not Responding message. It does close but not that fast.

The thing though is there is still that glitch popup that shows on top left corner a lot and that goes away real fast. Does anyone know what that is exactly? Someone mentioned it was a certain thing. You can't take a screenshot of it because it goes fast.

I still have the issue where the fold display button sometimes disappears from the table. So if I didn't have a hotkey fold option, I can't even fold.

Are those instructions the same as the one I did? I was told by live chat to delete the pokerstars folder. Then uninstall and download and reinstall and that should delete everything. I wasn't told to go and look for files and delete them manually.

I did notice after uninstalling pokerstars with revo uninstaller and did click on scan, there did seem to be traces of pokerstars files still with folders and subfolders? Do I need to delete those manually? I have no issue with the Not Responding message when closing stars software now but still issue with the fold button disappearing at some of the tables. Did I delete all traces of stars before I did the reinstall earlier?
