Is Stars unplayably bad for anyone else right now?

Did PokerStars say they were doing updates and the client was going to be down up to 24 hours? That's why no one can log in.

It's absolutely nuts how they can spend "up to" 21 goddamn hours on server maintenance according to their support. And their only "apology" is to offer 2 freerolls on the .com site. Nothing for the other people like me in Ontario.
They should at MINIMUM give everyone $20 in T$. Or move everyone's chest progression up. Freerolls? Stars is a joke.
It's most likely not planned maintenance, but some kind of problems that occured when they installed new software on their server. Insufficient testing could very well be behind it. Judging on the behavior on my computer the client can't even get in contact with the PS server.
Yeah 24 hour downtime for maintenance seems crazy guess they have smaller work force ect

It was planned, they put out a warning about it late last week.
Stars is such a joke nowadays, nothing new.
Stars MI/NJ had a warning for 2 hour maintenance today.

Chest progression up? Chests do not even work anymore since 2 days. Support chat unavailable. What a trainwreck of a site stars has become
Hi! Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but...
Pokerstars is lagging terribly when I start importing hands on PT4. The moment I stop importing, it runs fine.
Any idea how to solve it or at least where to ask?

the way you describe it, it's probably more of a PT4 problem so better ask them
I'm trying to log in but cant get past the password. Usually I have to input my 6 digit code but that screen is not popping up... Same thing on the website login as well as my mobile app... Hope I havent been hacked again. Emailed stars and sent a message on twitter to check ASAP but who knows when they'll respond. Any other way to get in touch with them without being able to log in to my account?

Apparently this was just a site-wide issue on stars side related to RSA tokens. Stars client had a small update an hour after this and then login worked as normal.
Sometimes when loading PokerStars it could load in 5 seconds or 1-2 minutes. Not sure if this happens to others players. My connection works well with others things.
