Biggest loser and a regular spot the I struggle with. vs a weaker tight reg, on one hand it seems like terrible board for oop to bluff into on the other hand i only need 25% equity to call. Calling in these spots to lose 3/4 of the time never feels nice, against some of the more aggro punty type its easy to find the call

Have been thinking abut the effect of rest on quality of my play and its become quite clear that I dont play as well when im Tired, Im much more likely to tilt aswell. Played a session this morning after a good rest last night and my thoughts seemed much clearer and i never felt any tinges of frustration that usually means im tilting.
