18 U.S.C. §1346 ? that is the statute that was thrown out in the college acceptance scandals. and pretty much panned by federal courts.

the politico article that says that stuff is called "a reality check on the fani willis Scandal" and pretty much dumps on the things you are trying to advocate for. it basically outlines that there is no legal basis in trump's motions, and that in that guys opinion she should explain it more to the public.

lozen is correct in that this looks bad, will delay things, and could have been avoided.

while being completely legal and having zero effect on the case at issue. other than delay, which is the whole strategy for trump. so i guess we let him win.
