The Posse Comitatus Act...
The Biden administration just CODIFIED a change to this act that now ALLOWS the US military to use deadly force against it's own citizens.
The Posse Comitatus Act is a United States federal law (18 U.S.C. § 1385, original at 20 Stat. 152) signed on June 18, 1878, by President Rutherford B. Hayes that limits the powers of the federal government in the use of federal military personnel to enforce domestic policies within the United States. Congress passed the Act as an amendment to an army appropriation bill following the end of Reconstruction and updated it in 1956, 1981 and 2021.
The Act originally applied only to the United States Army, but a subsequent amendment in 1956 expanded its scope to the United States Air Force. In 2021, the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022 further expanded the scope of the Act to cover the United States Navy, Marine Corps, and Space Force. The Act does not prevent the Army National Guard or the Air National Guard under state authority from acting in a law enforcement capacity within its home state or in an adjacent state if invited by that state's governor. The United States Coast Guard (under the Department of Homeland Security) is not covered by the Act either, primarily because although it is an armed service, it also has a maritime law enforcement mission.

I'm sure we could find out. His inauguration was in 2017. There are lots of pictures and not that many people to look through.
The tradition is for living presidents to attend. I suspect that Biden would attend, but I obviously don't know for certain.
In any case, it's worth remembering that Trump was the guy that first broke with tradition on attending inaugurations. And he did it for the worst possible reason-- to perpetuate the lie that the election was rigged.

I think it was disgusting and also the fact that he didn’t concede . I think any individual that does that or declares a president illegitimate should not be able to run or serve office

The maga movement will die with this election. The GOP will finally understand that Trump is ballot box poison and they will make sure someone else is the nominee in the future (if he survives that long and stays out of prison, which he almost definitely won't do both).
Well I hope you are right, but they said exactly that in 2020. More likely a loss would end Trump's political career, but another, more capable of his ilk will lead the movement.

it's incredulous that people can repeatedly show up here pointing out that the democrats hard shift to the left on cultural issues has caused them to support trump and yet you don't for one second second guess whether or not the democratic platform is in touch with reality
kamala is running for president of a country that does not have free healthcare and is running on a platform advocating for free healthcare not for citizens but instead for convicted criminals and illegal immigrants - that alone is why she's going to lose this election
Most of these men probably wont vote at all, and if they do vote it will probably be for Harris, because that is what the ballot harvester will fill in for them.
Trump and the Republican Party gaining momentum with demographics that dont vote in large numbers is obviously not great for Democrats, but not as bad as if it was demographics that do vote.

I honestly think the latter point is just a rhetorical flourish. I’m sure anyone with grounded principles will agree that anyone that is in the custody of the government and has no other means through which to access healthcare should receive healthcare from said government. This shouldn’t be some big own.
