Trump 2nd term prediction thread
So, looks like Trump not only smashed the electoral college, but is looking on track to win the popular vote, which seems to be an unexpected turn of events, but a clear sign of the current temperature in the country and perhaps the wider world.
Would be interested to hear views on how his 2nd term will pan out from both sides of the aisle - major happenings, what he's going to get done, what he's not going to get done, the impact of his election on the current conflicts in Ukraine and Gaza, whether his popularity will remain the same, wane, or increase, etc.

Doubtful. Someone probably showed him evidence of him banging a girl a wee bit younger than the ages being thrown around and was given the choice to bail or make it be known to everyone.
Now he knows that when you have a job you want to keep and/or get promoted, you don't go around on Monday mornings showing your coworkers pics of the high school chicks you banged over the weekend.

Safe to assume that most of DJT's political allies don't really think much of Trump or MAGA, given the many examples we already know about. He couldn't even find a VP pick who didn't have some history of trashing him. But Trump's the political flavor or the week now so if you want in, better get to licking.

You need hundreds of thousands of professional civil servants to keep
the country running, no matter who controls Congress or the Oval Office.
I think it was the democrats who managed to convince enough people that the government has to be hated, by horrendously mismanaging it's core competences (the border crisis, medicare and medicaid fraud in the hundreds of billions, 100k death from fentanyl per year and so on) while harassing citizens in a myriad of ways (IRS involvement for $600 veenmo transactions just as an example).
You need hundreds of thousands of civil servants to run the country , there are 3M in the federal government and many more millions in local and state government lol.
I went to Walmart this morning for raw milk but it wasn’t available even though I am not in Louisiana. Any idea when Trump will end the deep state and drain the swamp so I can up my raw milk there?
Pam Bondi's nomination isn't consistent with the notion that Gaetz was a sacrificial lamb. She will be horrible, of course, but if she had been the original pick, she would have been guaranteed to be confirmed. In other words, Trump didn't need to sacrifice Gaetz in order to get Bondi confirmed.
I guess you could argue that Gaetz stepping down makes it more likely that Hegseth, Gabbard, or some of the other questionable nominees will be confirmed, but the way Gaetz departed doesn't really support that conclusion either.

You won't find raw milk at Walmart even if it was legal. You'd have to get it from a dairy farm or a health food store.

Why wouldn’t the “Facts don’t care about your feelings” party want to release facts that might hurt someone’s feelings? Seems rather hypocritical and cowardly.
Trumpers won. They should not have to hide or apologize for who they are. MattGaetz should stand tall with his head held high knowing that the majority of Americans are behind him in his quest for BLATFROCE and to be mean to fat, ugly chicks.
