But how is any sex or gender using men's toilets different to letting men use women's toilets and calling them unisex? All you're doing is changing the sign on the door and getting rid of urinals.

it is enforceable because what we want people to be able to do is to scream if they find a dick in a women toilet, locker room, and so on and ask for help.
we want women to be able to ask for the removal of people with dicks from their spaces.
we want women to be able to do so without being legally harassed and prevented from accessing say that pool, which is something that actually happened.

you can physically drive without a license but the fact you can occasionally be asked for a license and pay a price if you are found without one is enough.

I am suggesting to let women enforce it in their spaces: they will scream for help when they feel it's necessary and now will be allowed to do so without legal repercussions because of purported discrimination of trans people.
And yes if guards, law enforcement, employees of a facility or whomever else see what looks like a man entering a women bathroom or locker room or other women-only space they can stop that person and ask.
The law mainly relates to service providers. This, and the law regarding users of single-sex provisions, has always been the same. Certain lobby groups have lately been telling providers that it had changed, but it hadn't. Men in the wrong space can be asked to leave and can't sue. If nobody notices or nobody minds, then there isn't a problem. But in a changing room, for instance, they're quite likely to notice and mind.

No, that's not included in the FTA (Free Trade Agreement). Talks continue on a BIT (Bilateral Investment Treaty) to replace the 1995 one that India resiled from in 2017. ISDS (Investor States Dispute Resolution, the so-called corporate courts system) would be part of the BIT, but India tends to be resistant to this. The UK favours it because nobody in their right mind wants UK companies to get ensnared in the Indian courts if they can help it, which is understandable if you know anything about the Indian courts. ISDS does not necessarily mean what dungaree-wearing activists like to claim it does.
