AI supercomputers will be consuming over 90% of all available electricity within three years.

So when is the world government doing something about this situation? Or are they behind it?

There is a conspiracy theory that, during the 1970 World Cup in Mexico, the CIA poisoned the England goalkeeper Gordon Banks, known as the best in the world, before the quarter-final against West Germany.
The idea is that the US wanted to bolster the unpleasant far-right regime in Brazil, a US anti-communist ally, by enabling soccer-mad Brazil to win the Cup, and England, as the title holders, with a team even stronger than in 1966, were perceived as the main threat.
England lost the quarter-final, after an early lead, due to successive goalkeeping errors by Banks's replacement Peter Bonetti. West Germany were then eliminated in the semis by Italy, who went on to lose the final to, well hello, US favourite dictatorial Brazil.
The England team had taken precautions to avoid food poisoning and Banks's illness was always regarded as suspicious. It seems wacky, but the CIA did do wacky things under Nixon (and not only under Nixon). The BBC, with a member of Banks's family, recently made a radio documentary which suggested that there might be some truth in this bizarre notion.
